Different Countries

People could either go to the airport and buy a ticket to another country or take their own plane/boat. Of course these other islands will be implemented slowly overtime, its not like we are going to see any when the Town Square Module is released, and they are going to be nowhere near the size of the starting map/island. Reply below what you think and any other ideas about this.

I am sure he is not talking about the map for the full game and more on the lines talking about a DLC type Island possibly.

If you mean a future island then it has already been suggested as a DLC but if you mean the smaller islands around th main one then, they will be there with the full map but there has not been a mention on a train to take you to such places. 

Anyways, the developers want to focus on the full game before thinking about the DLC's / future after.
