Need help with 2 monitors

Ok I just got ahold of another monitor. What I want is to play my games in full screen on my 4k monitor, and have my twitch stream on the other monitor in 1080p so I can stay aware of my stream. Right now I have to use my phone and it sucks. Is there anyway this can be done? I have no clue how to set this up, if it is possible and could use some help, if someone would walk me thru it. I'm completely unable to help you with this, but I hope you'll find a way to work this around

Not sure but dont you just load your twitch chat on chrome on the other monitor?

1. Connect both monitors to your PC.

2. Press the Windows Key and type in Display then push enter.

3. For other display use "Extend Display."

4. Configure the 4k monitor to the 1 monitor and the 1080p to be the 2.
