Hey guys do any if you know if you could possibly commit a heist using stealth, like payday 2? or will heists be always loud?

Im pretty sure if you wanted to and you planned and tried hard enough you could do this quietly without raising an alarm. But then again i'm not sure how you are supposed to get into the vault. Haven't heard much about the robbery part.

I have heard that banks wouldn't be ran by players, too.

You are correct, the devs don't want it to be so you can get a job as a bankteller and then just let your friends rob the bank without raising an alarm so it's just going to be npcs.

I heard you will be able to tunnel in so yes, in theory you could get in and out without them knowing

Yes, they said it a while ago and to my knowledge haven't gone back on it.
