When a weapon is fired will it cause realistic damages? Like to vehicles, buildings, etc?

About destruction I'm not sure, but it will definitely have realistic impact on the target's condition and physical capabilities.

Some guns, bullets will penetrate through some walls/ materials but with the object affecting the velocity of the bullet causing it to do less damage to a person behind said object.
