The Board Room Jobs.

Okay so as most of you know. The Board Room (Business Jobs) Forum is a place to post businesses that you want to start up.

Now this is where I am confused. Are these jobs in real life or in-game jobs that people are promoting because a lot of people are taking this thing seriously in detail without knowing what possibilities there are? 

Please could someone explain?

Hey there, in short they are for the game and not real life. People are getting ready for the things they want to do in the game right now as then they can have a structured plan on what they will do, while also having players getting hired now as to be sure of what they will do in the game and instead of waiting and trying to recruit people when it is too late.
