You will be able to customize motorcycles just as you'll be able to customize cars; trucks, etc. Of course I'm sure there will be less options, as there are less options on motorcycles. If by any chance you meant actual bikes, as to the muscle operated ones, then I don't know for sure. But I'm guessing (strongly) that his will be the case as well.
