The Town Square module has not been released yet, you can check http://www.identityrpg.com/info/modules/townsquare/ (it won't increase until 100%) or https://twitter.com/Identityrpg for updates, you can also just check the forums. If you have any questions search the forums first to make sure it hasn't already been asked. I would also check the FAQs below.
