Careers and jobs will be entirely separate. Careers will be sort of like a main thing such as the Emergency Services, running a business, etc. and jobs will be like doing deliveries and smaller tasks like that. Careers will have progression paths in which you can work to improve/increase your ability within that field/career, however, nothing which will give you any sort of advantage over other players. Robbing and killing have also already been confirmed and discussed. Clothing will never be robbable/lootable when killing a person as the Devs said they wouldn't want you to lose anything personal/valuable to yourself. As for hacking, I very highly doubt it as I think that might be asking just a little bit much of the game, but I'm not denying the possibility for the future, but not anytime soon.
