Will there be any military?

It could be anything from uniforms to an actual military base? As an example, I have a navy base in my town.

There's no military, so it's safe to say there won't be uniforms. Perhaps maybe user designed in due time, but it won't hold any legal grounds if you wear them. I have also no knowledge of a base or even an abandoned base.

To answer the last one which @Genesai couldn't, There will be no abandoned base etc. but there will be abandoned buildings/ areas.
