Avatar detail and player interaction

Will we be able to have detail down to the level of the Sims where we can customize clothing down to their socks? Also, will intera tions be just limited to talking to or shooting at each other? Will we be able to do things like shake hands, give high fives, etc?

There will be a few emotes you can do and if both parties agree, you can kiss I believe (can't remember), Hug, wave etc. 

I can't answer for the clothing question but maybe @Radack or @HairyGrenade can help!!
