Will Current US Federal Laws Be Enforced?

Question concerning the Judicial system of the game. While I'm aware that the Governor will create laws, I'm wondering if current federal laws will be enforced? Identity is in the United States so I'm assuming they would but can't seem to find any info on it (please link me to the right direction if I missed it). I'm assuming no one wants to get into the deep stuff (that's beyond RP potential) but using documents like the Constitution and so forth. Thanks.

I would doubt it, will be completely enforced, maybe speed limits and some laws being as laws but generally I think the governor will likely be able to change a lot of stuff but it could be added by the governor.
