It says i need to get my passport then i can start but I already bought it.

That is just the page's layout. If you bought the passport and it says purchased underneath the package you bought then it is working.

Make sure you are signed in(Forum accounts and game accounts are different)

That's exactly what it looks like.

Then all is well. You own the packages it says Purchased on. The home page says "Get your Passport" for everyone, regardless if they own any packages or not.

I have another question is the module out yet?

The first module isn't out yet, but it is nearing completion. The devs haven't given a time frame, but I would imagine it would be within a month or two.
