When someone take ticket automatically should be added at police data,when when a police stop the same guy again and check him there should be a historical of him like  e.g George Martin has 1 ticket for speeding,and have not paid it yet. or George martin has 1 ticket for speeding,and he have paid it. e.g George Martin has been send to jail for 1 time(Murder) i think all these info helping police to know about the person that they have stopped. a historical data  for every player help police.

I would imagine that the devs would add this, as there are confirmed police computers in police cars(most likely for background checks and ticketing)
