Tickets-breathalyzer-Speed radar

1.Can chief of police delete a ticket that a driver took? etc i am chief of police and i use my police computer to delete the ticket of a person that took for speeding,am i able to do that? as a highest rank. 

2. as a police could we use breathalyzer at traffic stop or while on foot to see if the suspect got alcohol in his blood?

3.Can we use our speed radar while we are on vehicle or on foot?

1. The Chief of Police will likely be only a Dev at the beginning or all the time on the official servers, however you likely won't be able to remove a ticket.
