Crime mixed with other careers and other careers mixed with crime

I have a few questions:

1. Can the cops be dirty? In what ways // to what extent?

2. Can only players with "Criminal" career track be in a gang or cartel?

2a. Can we employ lawyers, doctors, etc?

2b. What about co-working with business owners? Or can criminals own ~legal~ businesses?

3. Do we have to be criminals or unaffiliated with a career to do crimes? To what extent?

1. On official servers no you cannot be corrupt.

2. Criminal is not a career track.... 

2a. You can have a lawyer fight/ argue your case in court yes.

2b. Criminals can own a business yes.

3. Careers are more to do with the Government, Jobs are the small tasks you can do when you want. So you cannot be in a career in the aspect because that is basically corruption. You can have a job and be a criminal but if you have been employed by someone they can sack you for it if they so choose. If you are a criminal it will be harder to become a cop but you still will be able to eventually.
