What if players abuse their power of a police officer an ticket everyone will there be a balance for that? Your car has to be in a non-parking zone when parked, speeding, going through red lights and possible more things which will flag you for a ticket. If you are flagged for a ticket then the officer or whoever it is can give you a ticket but they don't know if you have been flagged for it.
