I think it would be cool to have a casino to gamble away our life savings with like slots, cards, etc, and etc just a way in the community to play and interact the dealers should be npc's or people either way

I believe they've already replied with "No one can own a casino." So it should be entirely ran by NPCs.

I can find several. Casino's are a way of easy income. People do tend to lose more than they gain there. So for the owner it's a guaranteed win. Which it shouldn't be, business is business, and losses should be a real thing. Now tell me, have you known a casino closing because it went bankrupt? I didn't think so. The owner(s) of (a) casino(s) have the unfair advantage of the certainty of a HUGE income, period.
Also I'd be surprised if there's more than 1 casino on a 200 KM² map. So we'd be talking about one kingpin or group of mobsters running it. Once again, an unfair advantage, especially seeing these probably will be a monopoly.

Gas stations are a different story. I wish players could own them, but also be charged with the responsibility making sure Gas/petrol/diesel gets delivered to their storage tanks in time. No fuel? No income! Which is totally different with casinos.

To open a casino you shoud have a lot of money because you have to give to the winners. owner of casinos trying to steal money from players,you cant win a lot of money.they said ' we are not gonna add many npc' gas stations have,bars have,banks have,town hall have,casino have,library have,cinema have,sorry but wtf? We cant buy anything,this is not called open world but closed world,we are not free to do what ever we want,cant loot bodies cant break in houses.... no comments,hope they will so mercy to private servers.how real casinos working in real life? Same should be working in this game too.

It's all for balancing and gameplay purposes.

- You cannot own a FEW businesses. That's no big deal. And things might change post-release.
- You CAN loot bodies. Cash-on-hand during a bleed-out time. You can loot the rest (with the exception of clothing) once the player has died completely.
- Not being able to break into houses is a good thing. More players wouldn't like this than the other way around. Your home, it being bought or rented, should be a safe zone. If there would be no personal safe zones, this game would be hell and I for one wouldn't like it one bit. Do know there will be more safe zones than just your housing. Malls for example will have metal detectors at the doors which will strip you from any weapon before entering.

i plan in being a hitman, do we know if contracts on people will be a go? 

i can just imagine JFK type scenarios, vice presidents paying to have the main men dropped to step up etc. got me a lil excited to be honest lol

If there isn't a dedicated system to upload hits, I am sure you can just advertise that you are a hitman and people will call you in order to confirm a hit.
In order to prevent RDM: You might have to send the person you're about to kill a text message saying they're on a hit list.

Dead bodies of police officers cant be looted and has ben confirmed,so you cant raid houses because there is a safe zone,okay respectful,but in private servers admin should decide if he want to keep this zones or not,if not then raids should be exists. this is my opinion,that every admin should decide to keep safe zones or not,dont know what are they going to do in officials.

I think I will just stick around official servers unless the private servers look more fun

In one of the streams last week they said you'd be able to loot even a police officers body. If he died, you'd be able to pick up his service weapon. Unless they made a mistake of saying this, that's what was mentioned last week. 

And I figured that all I said counts on official servers, since unofficial servers will be allowed to have their own rules. But apparently I have to make things more clear next time. No worries, I will.

Someone can go in a '' almost dead '' phase. 
You will be able to pick up their money only.

If they're officially dead, you will be able to pick up everything they have on them.
Excluding the clothes!

So basically the same thing I said in my previous reply, before @Alex77 told me I'm wrong. So I'll stick to what I've heard and had confirmed on the Twitch live stream. You will be able to loot bodies, even cops, after their bleed out time ran out and they've actually died. And petty carry-on cash during bleed out. And all that makes sense. Even gameplay wise. Cops shouldn't be exempt from being looted like any other civilian in game.

Exactly, cops are normal human beings as well. Just because they work on the side of the law doesn't mean they have some energy field around their bodies that keeps us from looting them haha

Everything should looted from dead bodies cops too,government vehicles cant be stolen too..i hope in private servers we could change those unrealistic things.
