Car physics and models

How realistic will car physics be? Will there be different physics for every type of vehicle and size? Ex.) Car, Semi truck, etc. And Sedan/coupe, pickup truck, day cab semi truck, full cap semi truck. Also what models of vehicle are already made or planned?

Cars are the last thing to be developed but we know the Police SUV has been made so far from seeing it in a stream.

The physics can be comparable to GTA IV.

Will you be able to choose how much turns the steering wheel does? Like 900 degrees.
