Posted June 29, 2017 Ok I know about the whole stress system which is supposed to prevent RDM. In my case I am apart of a gang and I am in control of the hitman branch of the gang. So when we pull up on our hit if they aren't stressed out or are very little do we still deal damage when we shoot them? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
