Phone and radios

Will radios be an in-game item and not just a script? Will you use your mic to speak in a phone or radio? What are the max phones and radios your can own at once? Will you be able to sets binds for speaking into a phone/radio or will you speak normally?

You will have to use your mic on the phone.

Probably your mic, but hopefully they will have something like GTA 5 where you can text/type for those who are uncomfortable with using a mic/can't.

If you call someone then it is a mic and you can text someone but I don't think you can text on a phone call because that is not something really realistic.

You start with a phone and can customise the phone, you get given a personal number but you can change it for a fee, you can dial other people's numbers. I am not sure about radios.

Why you cant text using the phone?then how could we send message in the game?
