if you do something bad ingame (ex: mic spamming or killing anyone you see) will you be banned forever?

If you mic spam, you likely will be temporary muted on official servers if anything and with killing anyone there is a system called the stress system to prevent that. There is not a rule like RDM, NLR, CDM or stuff. If on a private server, the staff there can be more strict and so you can be permanently banned from their servers but on official servers you won't be banned permanently unless you hack/ cheat/ exploit or glitch likely.
