Федеральное бюро расследований - орган внутреннего расследования и, в то же время, федеральные правоохранительные органы США . Компонент Министерство юстиции США и разведывательное сообщество США . ПодчиненныеГенеральному прокурору и, в то же время, директор Национальной разведки . Он является руководящим органом в борьбе с терроризмом и контрразведывательной деятельности США.

Он имеет полномочия расследовать нарушения федерального законодательства страны и обеспечивать безопасность государства, нации и президента, в том числе путем сбора под прикрытием разведки и технических средств. Граждане США  как известно, структура проведения общего осмотра тех, кто подал заявку на прием на государственную службу. Под общим  юрисдикции  ФБР попадают не менее 200 категорий федеральных преступлений ^[2] . 

Подразделения ФБР

 

ФБР состоит из 15 отделов

• для полной службе занятости (РВЗ вопросы для отдела).

Гарантирует достойное трудоустройство для всех рабочих бюро и соискателей, и таким образом, в соответствии с федеральными директивами исключает предвзятость на основании расы, религии, цвета кожи, нетрудоспособности или национального происхождения.

• Офис главного юрисконсульта (НПО, занимающимися вопросами развития).

Сотрудники юридического Бюро обеспечивает Управление юридические консультации и другие официальные лица ФБР. Ученые-правоведы ( Англ. Правоведы ) и юристы с ogc обеспечивают правовую базу и административные механизмы контроля за соблюдением законов и национальной безопасности. 

• Офис профессиональной дисциплины (опр)

Расследует нарушения или обвинения в совершении преступления сотрудников ФБР. Эта политика заключается в том, что они, таким образом, ответственного за внутренний контроль в Министерство юстиции .

• Управление общественных связей и общественных отношений Конгресс (OPCA).

Коммуникационный центр по общению с прессой, с Конгрессом и общественностью. После того, как этот информационный центр дает ответы на вопросы

• Отдела административного обслуживания (АСД).

ФБР и ответственный для найма управления персоналом. Отвечает за безопасность всей офисной техники. Контролирует открытые и скрытые банковские счета ФБР.

• Департамент по Антитеррор . (OTSGBT)
• Департамент уголовного розыска (УСО)

Самым большим подразделением. Угрозыска расследует широкий спектр федеральных преступлений, такие как организованной преступности , преступлений на расовой почве , мошенничество в выборы правительство коррупция , похищения , ограбления банков, серийные убийства и многое другое.

• Отдел Информационных уголовного судопроизводства (CJIS).
• Финансовый отдел.
• Департамент информационных источников (ОМС).
• Отдел инспекции.
• Отдел следственной службы (ИСД).
• Лабораторное отделение.
• Департамент внутренней безопасности.
• отдел подготовки кадров.

Звание и обязанности ФБР

1. Стажер
Звание стажера присваивается сотруднику после принятия его в ряды ФБР. Начиная с получения звания, стажер принимается на испытательный срок продолжительностью от 5 дней до 2 недель, в течение которого знакомится с принципами функционирования ФБР, приобрести необходимые знания и навыки, а также учится применять их на практике, принимая участие в работе организации. Во время испытательного срока стажер обязан зарекомендовать себя в качестве достойного сотрудника, его деятельность оценивается старшими офицер. По истечении срока, когда мнение призывников уже сформирована, решением руководителя ФБР о повышении, в случае положительной оценки, или об увольнении, при отрицательной оценке.

2. Младший агент ФБР
Младшего агента присваивается сотруднику, успешно прошедшему испытательный срок. Все следующие титулы присуждаются не только за счет продолжительности службы в рядах ФБР, а на основе достижений агента, его деятельности и связанные с этим преимущества.

3. Агент ФБР
звание старшего агента ФБР, присваивается сотруднику, за труд в рядах Федерального бюро расследований. Старший Агент имеет все права над руководством младшего агентами, стажерами, естественно не в личных целях. Сотрудник в звании полноценным агентом ФБР работником ФБР со всеми вытекающими последствиями, правами и обязанностями.

4. Старший агент ФБР
Звание старшего агента ФБР, присваивается опытному сотруднику, который может руководить деятельностью младшего персонала.

5. Специальный Агент
Звание специального агента, сотрудника, назначенного приличный, выразилось в соответствующем соотношении и заслужил. Специальные агенты - основа ФБР - его главная сила.

6. Секретный Агент
Ранг секретного агента присваивается сотруднику дипломату, который может узнать "любую информацию". Тайный агент имеет право быть в связи с состоянием группы Сан-Андреас (мафии / банды), он предоставляет все планы, секреты и так далее. Н мафией / бандами Федерального бюро расследований, остаются тайной.

7. Агент Нац. Безопасности
Агент Ранг Нац. Безопасности назначается опытный сотрудник, выдающихся заслуг перед государством.

8. Управление агентами
Ранг управляющий агентов, присваивается сотруднику, не только имея отличный послужной список и соответствующие достижения, безупречную репутацию и уважение, но и внес значительный вклад в развитие правоохранительной системы государства, а также в развитие отделения.

9. Глава Академии ФБР
Ранг Зам. Глава Академии ФБР, присваивается сотруднику, который способен заменить глава Академии ФБР.

10. Глава Академии ФБР
Ранг начальника Академии ФБР, присваивается опытному сотруднику, который отвечает за обучение стажеров работе на ФБР.

11. Заместитель. Глава канцелярии деп
Ранг ДЭП заместитель начальника Управления назначается работник, который способен выполнять обязанности руководителя отдела во время его отсутствия.

12. Глава канцелярии деп
Звание начальник Управления назначается работник, достоин того, чтобы брать власть и ответственность за определенную деятельность ФБР. Отд департамента борьбы с незаконным оборотом наркотиков и оружия.

13. Заместитель. Начальник Управления уголовного розыска
Ранг заместитель начальника отдела уголовного розыска, назначается работник, который может исполнять обязанности руководителя отделения в его отсутствие.

14. Начальник Управления уголовного розыска
Звание главы отдела уголовного розыска, назначается работник, достоин того, чтобы брать власть и ответственность. Основными задачами начальника отдела уголовного розыска по борьбе с организованной преступностью, терроризмом, ликвидации опасных преступников.

15. Глава Национального собрания (национальной безопасности)
Руководитель ХК Ранг присваивается сотруднику, достоин того, чтобы брать власть и ответственность за определенную деятельность ФБР. Остаток своей обязанности оставаться в тайне.

16. Инспектор ФБР
Звание инспектора присваивается сотруднику, достойному и способному. Тест проводился. наборы, проверять работоспособность сотрудников а также следить за всей страницы

FBI

Rank and responsibilities of the FBI

1. Trainee

There is not going to be FBI or DEA departments in Identity I am pretty sure about it and I am sure they confirmed it was not going to be in the game.

Pretty sure we aren't going to have an FBI.

There won't be any groups or organizations specifically for apprehending illegal drug users/sellers/etc.

However, there will obviously be drugs in the game.
