Who are Roberts's Homes?

Roberts's Homes is a company that gives the civilians the perfect home so they can enjoy their life the way they want too! The company will be offering all sorts of Properties  from Luxury Apartments to Luxury Houses, do not worry, we do Normal apartments and Normal Homes too. Properties 

The prices vary on all Properties but they will be up for Rent and Sale

How much will the properties cost?

The properties will vary in price, we will have Luxury Apartments and Luxury Houses that will be more expensive than the Normal Homes and apartments, but do not worry if you are not eligible to purchase a Luxury Home, Normal apartments and houses will be suited just for you and we offer all kinds of help and do not leave until you 110% Satisfied with the property.

Can i work for Roberts's Homes?

This is something i am looking to introduce to my business when it expands, but yes Good news! Yes you sure can work for Roberts's Homes, There are 3 Ranks inside the business and if you join you will be making your way up the ranks, buy its not easy to join. You will have to apply and then will be given an Interview. The perks of working for Roberts's Homes is that you will get discounts on Homes and apartments and will also be living in a fundamental environment and your career will never end! We just do not always work seriously, we will be having fun too! We will be going out to places when you have days and off, and depending on how hard you work within the week, you will be given days off where you can go and explore other things while not working. 

The ranks are - 

Promoter - The aim for a promoter is common sense, you will be promoting the business and will be persuading civilians to buy from Roberts's Homes and why they should buy and what benefits they will get from buying from another person, as soon as you have successfully found a customer you will then sent them to the House Shower and bang, at the end of the day you may get a promotion! Depending on how many customers you brought in

House Shower - The aim for a House Shower, is to show customers around the house, but you will need special skills and essential skills for this job position as you will have to promote the house or apartment to the best of your ability to be able to sell it to them. You will be sent customers from the Promoter. You will be specialising in showing houses and apartments and make sure you can sell it to them. 

Housing Manager - Housing managers will be watching the House Shower's and if the customer wanted to speak to a manager they will go to the Housing Manager and make sure everything is alright, the housing manager will be making sure everyone below him is doing their job efficiently and correctly

Property Director - The property director is the highest rank you can get too, your job is too look for other employees and sort applications out and you will be deciding if they are eligible for the job. If there is any problems you bump into you will directly report them to the Chief Executive (CEO) Of the company  

 

What if i do not have enough to buy a house?

Do not worry, if you are not eligible and financially stable to buy a house then you can rent, our renting system simply works like you pay every month however, if you do not pay you will be given 3 warnings, first warning will be told to pay it or further consequences will happen, Second warning the police and government will be involved and thirdly your contract will be terminated and you will be removed from the property.

Note sure, but i think player can only have 1 house / appartment.. Even for company

(I can not find the FAQ or the video that speaks about it, if someone can confirm)

You are able to buy houses and rent them and sell them.

I am not entirely sure myself, its just that in one of the videos it said "You are able to buy houses and apartments, you can chose to keep them or rent them" If you can only have one then i just wasted my time.. lol

Awesome, yeah well... I wrote a much bigger on but i then submitted and it went somewhere and never returned... So had to re do it lol

Robertsseu, I think you cant buy houses and rent them, but i don't think you can rent apartments

You will only be able to buy one house at a time. If you are currently renting out a house, you will need to live in an apartment (or be homeless) instead. You will not be able to rent out more than two houses due to only being permitted to own one house at a time. This is so that you can't just purchase all or most of the houses on the island, making it unfair if someone else wanted to buy it.

Yes, I'm pretty sure you are correct. You can only own one house per player.
