It looks like in the current stage Judge is not a player. It might be automated!

In the early stages Judges should be used for marriage/warrents/civil player v. player cases(non criminal)

A celebrant is usually the one who certifies marriages. Police Chief for warrants and a player jury to decide the fate of one's sentence.

I said NON criminal cases like player A sues player B for emotional distress for  fireing them.

Also I pulled this from a law website.

In order to get a search warrant, the police must persuade a judge that they have "probable cause" to believe they will find evidence of criminal activity in the place to be searched. Police officers do this through an affidavit, which is an oral or written statement made under oath.

It would be a bit unfair if players could be judges whereas having a jury reduces the chance because it's a majority vote
