Death/killing

What happens when you die? Your character normally respawns? or you wake up in a hospital? And what about killing another person? Will it be like certain that you killed him because afterwards he woke up in the hospital and said you killed him? How will this whole death/kill system work? It will work as you, will be bleeding out on the floor unconscious where you can either wait to get revived by a paramedic or you can respawn at your last bind location e.g. your house.

When you die, players will obviously remember who killed them and that but there will be rules like NLR on private servers but official servers won't have such a thing as there will be no rules on official servers as they will be more Casual RP.

exactly what happens when you wear the mask but masks only can be on you for like 30 minutes etc.
