They will likely have an announcement pre-release about it to give those few people waiting for just before the release to purchase into the beta and modules, as well as it is almost always a standard thing for game companies to do.

i heard recently in a twitch feed that, i believe, john will make the announcement on release of the forums followed by an email to pledgers. or vise versa
