Posted May 9, 2017 (edited) I believe it has to do with your reputation (amount of players who "like" your post/comment), or your post count. I could be wrong but I'm fairly certain, especially for your reputation. If you have further questions you may message me if you wish, I should be able to answer most of them. The one showing on posts under your name like your one is immigrant, that is to do with your post count. The rep one which is showing on your profile is the one due to likes a player(s) give on your posts.
