Posted May 1, 2017 You cant. Ranks are earned in game through careers, they are not buyable. You can buy diffrent packages, that give you some ingame money, an appartment (of diffrent sizes) and other ingame items. From the 30 dollars package (and up) you get both the game, and beta access.
