Posted April 30, 2017 If you have bought the Citizen pack, you will get the game when it have been published, if you buy the founder or anything above, you can play the beta, and play before the full game will be published. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted April 30, 2017 (edited) Citizen only entitles you to the full release of the game on steam at a discounted price.
