Posted April 27, 2017 (edited) Hi and welcome to Identity! You do not need to speak English, as the full game will be translated into several different languages. However, I believe the modules and beta will be only in English, but once the game is out on steam, it'll get translated! They didn't specify which languages would be available, just that it will be translated into multiple ones, but I would imagine that Italian would be included in that!
