Can I become a Vigilante superhero or villian?

I want to be a vigilante hero/ villain bad ass.  Will it be possible to become one in the game?  Need some good armors, vehicles, weapons, and skills...

No. Vigilantism counts as against the law. Nothing saying you cant be one, but you will get nicked

You can by all means RP as one but as Jonathan said, it is breaking the law and so is a criminal thing.
