Posted April 15, 2017 I was just wondering if Identity will have full support for 3rd Party microphones that uses an Interface to plug in the Microphone "XLR Microphones" particuarly. Since some games that i've played havn't been compatable with my Interface (Focusrite Studio Kit 2i2 2nd Gen).
Posted April 16, 2017 @HairyGrenade or @Olio can maybe tell you but I have never heard stuff like that or come across it and I am totally not sure it will be in this game either like most other games. It always could be.
Posted April 16, 2017 (edited) if you have an audio interface that hooks up via USB like Focusrite or Audiobox, and have your mic hooked up to it, then make sure its your default device. It'll work just like a headset mic. Right click on your speaker icon bottom right taskbar, go into Recording Devices right click your interface, set as default. And you can use it for any game like Overwatch, ARMA, TF2, just like any game. XLR mics can work as long as there is a USB audio interface converter. Well, I have my XLR mice plugged into my Focusrite 2i2 interface but doesn't work with Counter-Strike; Global Offensive.
