Can't own clubs unfortunately, I would love to have the ability to own my own casino, but that won't be possible sadly. But on the bright side at least there in the game! Posted April 6, 2017 ... Also I'm not sure if players can actually rent/ lease buildings to others. They might implement a rental system, but that may be paying the server in-game money to tenant a space.
