Like is actual driving coming in the racing or town square and if so in racing then how do we get around town?

Won''t be in town square. You will have to walk to get around town, town square should be thought of as a social module where the only purpose is to hang out and make friends.

For official racing, there will most likely be stadiums/tracks (Should devs decide to make this a part of the map). For illegal racing, it will most likely take place in the more rural areas of the map, or at least less dense parts of the cities. Town Square is going to ultimately be a place to hang out, shop, and do social activities such as watch movies, bowl, etc.

Townsquare will be far too small do do much driving, and like the rest have said it'll be solely for player interaction and testing the game. Racing module will be the first you'll be able to try driving out
