Posted March 24, 2017 (edited) I'm not 100% sure, but I think those numbers are updated manually, just like the progress bar on the Town Square Module. So if they get a big jump in pledges and new citizens, or after a significant amount of time, they'll update it. I think I read somewhere that this is the case, but I couldn't find the post where I saw this, so this may or may not be the reason why. Regardless, it's just cool to see numerically wise how many people are dedicated to this game and want to support it!
