Posted March 20, 2017 If I am able to do this, this is my plan. I will go to a poor/ run down neighborhood and buy out a row of houses. It will be a big investment but I will make my moneys worth. Posted March 20, 2017 (edited) Yes, you can be a real estate agent! You can buy property and then decide if you want to sell it to someone, or rent it out! However, there are already a lot of different real estate companies, so there may be some tough competition, but good luck! Maybe you could even work for one of them @Cohen834 If you do decorate the property inside, it won't be like that if you sell it. Also I am sure that is the same as renting it out. Everything you do inside the property will be there while you own it but not if you rent or sell. (Renting I am sure but I don't/ can't be certain and so not official. but selling i am positively certain!! Also if you didn't know, there will be a limited number of houses to make them more unique and so you might not be able to buy a row of houses but more like just 1 or 2 at most. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
