Posted March 20, 2017 (edited) I plan to start a crooked towing company that tows any car we see and charge the owner 25% of the cost to get it back. Just so you know there could be a mechanic in place to stop you towing "Any vehicle" and well you need to just think of alternative if there is.... I for one would not pay you, but more like steal my car back and report you to the cops.... Also There probably is a set amount you can charge to anyone for them to collect the vehicle.
