Surgery

Will operations be done like in surgeon simulator type of style ,for example if someone where to shoot or stab me in game and i have internal wounds ,will the doctor have to open me up and stitch all the cuts . or will it just be a bandage that can fix a hole in a heart ?

I am not sure but it won't be exactly like surgeon simulator but it could have some things from it but not as detailed.

I personally doubt you will go into "surgery" and more like just get a bandage but that is my opinion, but good question.
