For example with a paysafe card 1. Log in to your PayPal account. 2. Click on Banks and cards in the menu left. 3. Click on Link a card. 4. Enter your paysafecard MasterCard. 5. When making a purchase at an online shop, select PayPal as the payment method. Hope this can help. Also if you have a prepaid card then you can just select pay with debit/credit card and you enter the card info in the same way.
