How do you increase your reputation points?

I began to notice that people had rep points and had a rank that went along with it, I was just wondering how to increase your rep points.

You increase when someone click the "Like this" buttom in your post. Just how I did now on you.

You've got two ranks. One for posts and one for likes. For example, my posts rank is Entrepreneur and my likes rank is rock star. 

To increase the posts rank, keep posting and to increase likes rank people have to like your content.
