Vespa - Mainly for players who live in the city and do not have substantial income to afford better cars

Well GTA had them in, but gave them different names such as the "Declasse Gang Burrito" and "Imponte Ruiner" so fingers crossed.

For the Police:

The police truck above could be used for example when the police want to set up traffic controls, when they need to block the road etc..

Fire department:

The car is for the fire chief. Or if we don't want to give new firefighters a fire engine we could give them the car.
