Posted February 22, 2017 D.O.B: 17/091996 Occupation: Mechanic Height: 5'10" (1.78m) Weight: ~150 Build: Toned Kevin McMillan was born in a small town in the southern interior of British Columbia Canada. Through his earlier years his family move a lot before eventually settling down in Abbotsford B.C once he entered high school. In for the first few years of school he was an outsider, and mostly had kept to hisself. It was in grade 11 when he had managed to find a social group. His parents bought him a beat up Nissan 300zx, and he took it to the mechanics shop at the school to learn how to work on it as he did not have his full drivers licence yet. As the year progressed, he made friends involved in the car scene, some of whom were older and had their own cars. He started going out with them to car meets and street races. On the day of his 17th birthday, Kevin took and passed his driving test, and the very next day he had his first speeding ticket. As his final year of school went on, Kevin's grades fell as he would spend all his free time out with his friends, or modifying his car. As the school year came to a close, Kevin had barely managed to graduate. The night after his graduation, Kevin participated in his first ever street race, which ended with him being charged for reckless driving. When his parents found out, they gave him a ultimatum. He could either give his car up until he found a full time job and start to pay rent, or he could move out. Kevin chose to leave, getting in contact with his friends that had graduated a year before him, they managed to set him up with a small room in garage that they had started, and gave him a job as a mechanic to pay for it. Kevin continued to street race, becoming known in the local underground racing scene. After several months of this, he received an invite to a nationwide race, starting in Vancouver B.C, and ending in St.John's Newfoundland. Due to the nature of the race, Kevin knew that his car just wouldn't be able to perform at a high level for that amount of time. Kevin acquired a large loan from a mobster in order to cover the cost of entering the race, as well as buying and modding a car. Kevin bought a VW Golf GTI, and with just a month he set about getting it ready for the race. After spending every moment, and every penny, available to him making the car race ready, the day finally came. Every kind of car imaginable was present at this race, from high performance BMWs to cheap Honda's. The race set off, and once night began to fall most of the racers were in Alberta, most stopping for the night on the side of the road. Kevin continued driving through the night, his high capacity fuel tank allowing him to travel extremely long distances without stopping. Midway through the second day Kevin began to feel exhausted and started looking for a place to stop when he saw police cars behind him, lights flashing. Kevin knew that he could not afford to lose, so he pressed on, leading the cops on a high speed chase. After a hour of chasing, a PIT maneuver was attempted, combined with the lack of sleep caused Kevin's car to lose control, hit a barrier and roll several times, coming to a rest on it's roof, a roll cage being the only thing that kept Kevin from severe injuries. After a short trial, during which Kevin pleaded guilty, he was sentenced to six months in prison. After he was released, Kevin knew he had to act fast. He got what little money he had left and ran as far as he could, leading him to the island of Identity.
