Posted February 15, 2017 I think this would be cool in some ways and bad in others. I mean it would mean you actually have to get money regularly however it would be horrible if you fitted out your apartment and then for it to be all erased because you missed one payment. However they could do it so that it is judged on a case by case basis. By the court. We will see however, I am sure no matter what it will be done to keep the game enjoyable and fair. Yes, players could fire staff, and if you don't pay your rent / property tax then you can lose the house/ apartment. If you own a apartment from a pledge that is permanent.
