Team Speak?

Is there a team speak that we can go on to talk with each other to meet other people who are going to play the game and to make friends?

There will be a police radio so you can talk to other officers.

I'm confused as to what you're asking, you will be able to talk to your crew I'm just not sure if it will be a walkie talkie or not, or even if it will have an animation.

There wont be an official teamspeak for the game because it has in game voice chat, so only un-official ones that players make.
