I would like to know, which platform would have early access to the game? PC, PlayStation, XBOX, Mac, Steam??????

I'm afraid you've posted this in the wrong section, @HairyGrenade or another mod may be able to move it to Q&A where it is more appropriate.

But to answer your question; early access will be available on Steam (Not sure about mac)

No offense: But this question got answered a few times already. Use the search function. 

The game will only be available for PC first (shortly after release available to MAC and Linux). The full release will be available at steam.

There is no future plan for consoles with this game, they said in the future they will look into console porting but also in a recent tweet they said; 

TWEET! 

So don't get your hopes up boi, as it's more likely that it won't ever be on a console and also I personally don't think the game would work on console.
