Can i park my own car outside the garage?

If i had a house with no walls or anything to cover it and had a garage and outside garage where everyone passing by can see my car can they steal it? and will it disappear when i leave it and get inside my home? a photo for explaining

That "White lane" is called a "Driveway!"

Also I heard if you leave the server/ game it will be despawned / automatically be in your garage but I don't know about this ad so good question @HairyGrenade please tell us what you know, thanks.
