Will this game be free or pay and when is the release date??

Well firstly, this will never be free 2 play. 

Secondly there is no official release date but it should be by Early 2018, Beta Late 2017/ Early 2018, and 3 standalone modules before. 1st module is set to release Q1 (roughly March if not delayed), module 2 is shortly after and then module 3 shortly after module 2. The modules will be playable all the way until beta. 

Module 1 = Social module/ Town Square.

Module 2 = S.W.A.T. module.

Module 3 = Racing module.
