Yes, it will eventually make it to Steam.
About the prices, I'm not a dev and cannot say, but I wouldn't hold my breath for it to be lowered. In fact the current price for the whole game is dirty cheap compared to the actual price of many games and probably to the price it will finally be on launch. Prices will only grow overtime when the game goes beta or actual launch. Not that you have to do it now, prices are not going to change in the next days, but if you really plan on getting it, better now than later when prices go up!

1. It will be on steam at full game release.

@Phiedrus (just so you know the price)

2. On the Q&A yesterday, a dev (Motown) answered that the game will cost roughly $45 on steam because steam takes a big chunk of the profits....

So pretty much it's going to be just short of a normal AAA game price.
