Living in somene elses house while they're offline?

if your friend invites you to live with him, what happenes when he logs off?
Will the house still be able to enter from my side?
Will his vehicles still be outside his home?

1. Great question, I think that they maybe will have it so you can enter if you 'Live' there (if has more than 1 bedroom) but if only 1 bedroom then it's no entry. I could be wrong as this is a wild guess.

2. His vehicle's will probably be in a garage.
