I paid $90 as a pledge so that I could have an apartment to start in, but I would much rather have a rusted car than an old dirt bike. Is there anyway that I can switch the two?

No, if you have the higher tier you cannot choose the rusted car over the bike unfortunately because my friend wants the same thing. He has $90 pledge but wants the rusted car instead of the bike.
